Spellbinder Books and ICARE invite you to the 13th Annual ICARE Shopping Day on Saturday, December 15th. Just purchase a $5 ICARE Donation Ticket at the store from 10 am to 6 pm and receive 20% off a wonderful selection of books, calendars, greeting cards and assorted gifts. There will also be a drawing for prizes. Your $5 donation goes directly to ICARE and helps the Eastern Sierra’s companion animals in need. Happy Holidays!

Here’s a worthy cause. Humans are often the authors of their own woes. These trusting, loyal, sweet animals are not. It doesn’t take a man to abuse a dog, it takes a man to turn away from the urge to abuse the dog, and to give it to someone who will love it.
