Three Mammoth residents were arrested in Bishop early Monday morning for alleged vehicle theft. Sgt. Paul Dostie with the Mammoth Police reports that officers issued a notice for the vehicle after it was reported stolen from Mammoth.

At 3:00 Monday morning, Bishop Police officers spotted the vehicle, described as a green Subaru. Officers report that they arrested 29 year old Salvador Jesse Montanez, 21 year old Geraldo Felix Tapia, and 19 Fortunato Fierro Felix for alleged vehicle theft. All three are residents of Mammoth.
