Type of Event:    452(d) PC-Causing Fire to Property.

Location:    300 E. Pine Street

Suspects:    EASTWOOD, Logan Phillip. 20 year old, Bishop Resident.

On Thursday, May 10, 2012 at approximately 12:15am, Bishop Police Officers along with Inyo County
Sheriff’s Deputies were conducting an area check in the 300 and 400 blocks of E. Pine Street and May
Street. Officers and Deputies observed a male subject running at a high rate of speed S/B from the alley
across E. Pine Street towards the alley leading to May Street. Officers order the subject to stop, but he
continued and officers pursued the unknown subject.

Officers caught up to EASTWOOD, Logan Phillip in the alley near May Street. As the Officer’s were
making contact with EASTWOOD, Inyo County Sheriff’s Deputies advised of a small fire in the alley
just west of Sterling Heights on E. Pine Street.

The Bishop Volunteer Fire Department was called out for the fire and extinguished the fire. A six-foot-tall,
cedar, privacy fence was damaged and an estimated value of the damage fence is $200.00.

EASTWOOD, Logan Phillip was arrested for 452(d) PC-Causing Fire to Property and released from the
Bishop Police Department.

incident.
