Bishop had its 6th annual Bishop Rotary Santa Mile Saturday, December 3rd and attracted runners of all ages – including babies in strollers.

Savannah Cole, ran the race in 13.37 with her child in her backpack.

The starting line was at the Bishop Chamber of Commerce at the front of Bishop City Park.

All proceeds from the Santa Mile go to Polio Plus which helps fund Rotary’s joint effort with the UNICEF, the World Health Organization, Centers for Disease Control and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation to eradicate polio from the face of the earth.

Dylan Fitt, fastest runner with a time of 5:51, winner of the adult male category

Rachel Fitt, second place runner and the female adult winner with a time of 6:28

Ashley Fitt, female child winner with a time of 8:15

Caleb Fitt, male child winner with a time of 9:00
