We continue to have a very strong, amplified ridge dominating the west coast. This will bring cold and dry weather to our forecast area. We will have a slow moderation in temperatures through the week with slight warming, as the ridge builds closer to the coast. Also, as the ridge builds in, it will block any major systems from moving into to our forecast area till at least Saturday.
