A mean trough along the PACNW coast will keep a SW flow going. This along with high pressure remaining centered over Texas and the Southern Arizona / New Mexico borders, will produce a climatological lull in the monsoon. So dry conditions and mostly sunny skies, today and through the weekend, with temperatures near normal.
