THURSDAY JUN 19 2014

Temperatures moving from slightly below normal to normal today as ridging builds in over the region. This process should continue into Friday, where we will see temps moving up to several degrees above normal. For the weekend our area will be sandwiched between a low in the NE Pacific and a sub-tropical high off the Baja Coast. That low will flatten the ridge somewhat so slight cooling (temps should hover slightly above normal) on Saturday (the first day of Summer) and Sunday. Overall quiet and dry thru the period.
