Locally breezy to windy conditions today as another storm punches thru the

PACNW. Temps will also cool several degrees over the weekend as well.

Critical fire conditions will be in effect for Mono County from noon today

thru 10 pm this evening. Then starting on Monday, a warming trend begins

thru at least mid next week, bringing temperatures more in line with early

June.

*FOR THE OWENS VALLEY:*

Today: Mostly sunny / breezy. Highs 89 – 92 and lows 60. Winds SW 15 – 25

mph G 35 in the PM.

Saturday & Sunday: Mostly sunny. Highs 85 – 90 and lows 60 – 65. Winds N 10

– 15 mph.

*FOR THE TOWN OF MAMMOTH LAKES:*

Today: Sunny / windy. Highs 66 and lows 43. Winds W 20 – 30 mph G 40.

Saturday & Sunday: Mostly sunny. Highs 64 and lows 38. Winds W 5 – 15 mph.

*FOR MONO COUNTY:*

Today: Sunny / windy into the evening. Highs 69 – 74 and lows 40 – 45.

Winds SW 15 – 25 mph G 45.

Saturday & Sunday: Sunny. Highs 62 – 72 and lows 30 – 40. Winds N 10 – 15

mph.
