FRIDAY Sept 27 2013

The elongated upper low, stretching from Central California to Idaho, has moved into the Rockies. It left behind a nice Fall layer of snow atop most of the Sierra’s highest peaks and breezy to windy conditions. Its effect will create windy conditions for Mono County and Reno on Sunday, along with temperatures at or just below normal through Wednesday.
