Much less windy today as the inside slider that caused it, exits the Great Basin. Ridging builds in today for warming temperatures then winds will be on the increase again later Tuesday into Wednesday, as a system drives thru the PACNW. Looks like some moisture will filter down maybe as far south as Yosemite. Ridging builds back in on Thursday and Friday. Looking farther out, Tuesday the 22nd looks to present the <possibility> of rainfall from a cutoff low moving onto the West coast. If so, this is probably the last real chance of measurable rainfall as the season comes to an end. This is far out in Fantasy land, but stay tuned anyway as Mother Nature may have one more surprise for us.
