Silva POT

Type of Event: 11377(a) HS- Possession of controlled substance; 1203.2/F PC-Violation of felony probation; 11378 HS- Possession Controlled substance for sale; 11379(a) HS- Transportation of controlled substance; and 148(a)(1) PC- Resisting Arrest

Location: S Main Street at Jay Street, Bishop

Suspect: SILVA, SEAN ALEXANDER. 28 year old Los Angeles Resident AND SILVA, DELYN SPIERS. 32 year old Los Angeles Resident

On October 21, 2012 at 10:29pm, the suspect SILVA, Delyn was stopped for a traffic infraction by a Bishop Police Officer. During the investigation, a search of the vehicle was conducted. Bishop Police Officer, along with the assistance of the Inyo Narcotic Enforcement Team and the Inyo County Sheriff’s Department, recovered several items and drug paraphernalia from the vehicle.

SILVA, DELYN SPRIERS AND SILVA, SEAN ALEXANDER were arrested for 11377(a) HS-

Possession of controlled substance; 1203.2/F PC-Violation of felony probation; 11378 HS- Possession

Controlled substance for sale; 11379(a) HS- Transportation of controlled substance; and 148(a)(1) PC-

Resisting Arrest and transported to the Inyo County Jail and awaiting arraignment.

Steven John wick

Type of Event: 11357(a) HS-Possession of Concentrated Cannabis; 11357(c) HS-Possession of Marijuana over 28.5 grams; 11359 HS-Possession of Marijuana for Sale; and 11594 HS- Controlled Substance offender not registered.

Location: 257 Clarke Street, Bishop

Suspect: WICK, STEVEN JOHN. 29 year old Bishop Resident.

On October 20, 2012 at 7:54 pm, the suspect WICK was contacted at his residence by Bishop Police Officers, who were investigating a previous incident involving WICK. At WICK’s residence, officers detected a strong odor of marijuana coming from inside the residence. Officers, along with the assistance of the Inyo Narcotic Enforcement Teams and the Inyo County Sheriff’s Department, searched the residence and located several illegal substances from within the house.

WICK, Steven John was arrested for 11357(a) HS-Possession of Concentrated Cannabis,

11357(c) HS-Possession of Marijuana over 28.5 grams; 11359 HS-Possession of Marijuana for Sale;

and 11594 HS- Controlled Substance offender not registered. Wick was transported to the Inyo County

Jail awaiting arraignment.
