if you dont think pot is a gateway drug, then you probably went through the gates already, and if you think northern califoria is progressive, youve never been there
California came very close recently to being the first state to decriminalize marijuana. Then the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (Romney’s church) got active and demonized the plant. I understand Humboldt County is so progressive, the law enforcement officials turn their heads on this and focus on… Read more »
it was worth mentioning twice, and spelled correctly
read the report right, the one dope dealer from L.A.,a convicted felon, caught with narcotics, and the other dummy, who was already under investigation, most likely drug related charges, gets caught in his own home with lots more dope, bad luck for bad people,no more,no less
It’s a herb, stop calling it a drug.
Wonder who will be the first to comment….and defend these guys….asking if they have serious “medical conditions”,and warrenting a medical marijuana card..and then saying how Law Enforcement was out of line making these arrests…
I hope I am the first Wayne. You clearly have more faith in our local police to play fair. These guys were pulled over for a infraction . Maybe their rights were violated when their car was searched. Who knows. If all they had on them was pot, I really… Read more »
The key to not getting caught with pot in your possession is to not give law enforcement any reason to want to search your car. It’s even better not to get pulled over in the first place. That means don’t smoke in your vehicle and don’t smell like pot when… Read more »
Mark…For the chronic pot-head,easier said than done..First off, they usually don’t have a full time or steady job,and spending more time than normal driving a vehicle( and usually stoned when they do either selling or looking for more dope)…asking them not to smoke in the vehicle is like asking them not… Read more »
Not me Wayne. Looks like a legit bust to me. Silva looks like he knows he’s in trouble, Wick not so much. It’s so easy to get a dr. recommendation there’s no reason not to have one if you smoke or grow pot. I told the Dr. my head hurt… Read more »
Mark….Let’s be serious….I would bet 65% of those that have med cards either buy for,or share,AND SELL their “medicine” with their friends….and probably goes up to 100% for those that legally grow their own ..making them no better than a dope dealer dealing on the streets.
I agree, Wayne. A lot of med card holders have some ridiculous made up medical issue so that they can legally buy and sell pot for recreational purposes. Know of a few of them myself because they actually laugh about it. Too bad that they create a bad name for… Read more »
amused…..Agree with you 100 % on that…..and it’s a shame how the proposition we all voted yes on,including myself, as a compassionate thing to do for the seriously ill patients,to see what it has turned into in California….a legal license for many to be able to get stoned and high… Read more »
Wayne you need better friends. Friends that grow don’t sell pot to friends. They give it to them for free. All my friends grow and when we have more then we want to have on hand we give it to our American veterans. You see we have real jobs where… Read more »
