Park rangers are asking the public’s assistance in locating a missing man who was last seen in Yosemite National Park on November 6. Anthony Clifton Green, Jr. was in the park and may have contacted his family from a pay phone at Happy Isles on November 7. His vehicle was found in the Wilderness Parking Lot near Curry Village.

It does not appear that park officials have much to go on. Kari Cobb with Yosemite national park reports that investigators don’t know what Green planned to do, what he was doing in the park, if he was travelling alone or with someone, or even if the missing man had visited the park before.

Cobb reports that Green is from Modesto, is 31 years old, 5’7″, 200 lbs. with red hair and blue eyes.

If you have seen Green or have any information about his whereabouts, please contact Yosemite National Park 24 hour dispatch at (209)379-1992.
