inetTwo Big Pine Residents Arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine for Sales

 On November 13th the Inyo Narcotics Enforcement Team conducted a parole check of Michael Steven Frey (28) at his residence in Big Pine.  Also present at the residence during the parole check was Tara Joy Miller (27) of Big Pine.  Narcotics Agents found just less than four ounces of suspected methamphetamine in separate marked packages.  Agents also located a semi-automatic pistol, pistol ammunition, a concealable ballistic armor vest, suspected marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and digital scales.

Michael Frey and Tara Miller were both arrested and booked at the Inyo County Jail on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine for sales, and possession of drug paraphernalia.  Michael Frey was also booked on charges of felon in possession of a firearm, felon in possession of ammunition, and is being held with a parole detainer placed by the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation.
