According to the Inyo District Attorney’s office, the jury in the case of defendant Ronald Everet Barr returned guilty verdicts on two felony counts on Tuesday.

In early summer Barr was found guilty of one misdemeanor count of annoying or molesting a child, according to Inyo Superior Court. Spokesmen said the jury could not reach verdicts on three other charges – two felony counts of oral copulation and misdemeanor sexual battery. A mistrial was declared on those three counts.

The DA’s office will reportedly release more details on this case sometime this week.
