Hello Mammoth Lakes Residents,

I am excited to announce my candidacy for Mammoth Lakes Town Council. I will bring a fresh vision, enthusiasm, and integrity to our community’s leadership. We need to focus collectively on the future and bring unity back to our community. You can trust me to be the voice of the people when it comes to managing the priorities that are integral to sustainable growth in Mammoth Lakes.

I have worked locally in childcare, food service, escrow and accounting. I spent six years working for the Town of Mammoth Lakes where I was involved in revenue collection and budget analysis. The TOT Enforcement Program was my greatest accomplishment; I had a key role in the development and implementation of this vital program. I now work for the Mammoth Community Water District in the Accounting Department.

My firsthand experience with the Town budget, Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, and commitment to making Mammoth Lakes a better place to live and visit make me the most qualified candidate for Town Council.

I invite you to join me from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on April 29, 2014 at Good Life Cafe to learn more about me and the issues I believe are important to the future of our community. If you have questions or comments in the meantime, please visit my website at www.karenforcouncil.org or email me at [email protected].

I have lived in Mammoth for 25 years and I would be honored to represent YOU, our community!

Please remember to VOTE on June 3rd. Your vote is your VOICE!

Sincerely,

Karen Sibert
