New flights to Las Vegas and Denver highlight the schedule

Mammoth Lakes, Calif. (September 29, 2014) — Two new flights have been added to the Mammoth Yosemite Airport (MMH) lineup for the 2014/15-season. Now, both locals and visitors will have the option to fly in and out of Mammoth Lakes from Denver, Colo. (DEN) and Las Vegas, Nev. (LAS).

Offered by United Airlines, the Denver flight will run on Saturdays beginning December 20, 2014.

“With weekly service from Denver, not only do we connect to the East Coast, Midwest and South, but we add new international access as well,” said Mammoth Lakes Tourism’s Executive Director, John Urdi.

Alaska Airlines’ non-stop flight between Las Vegas and Mammoth Lakes will operate on Mondays and Thursdays beginning January 15, 2015.

“We’re thrilled to offer our customers convenient, nonstop service from Las Vegas to Mammoth Yosemite Airport,” said Joe Sprague, Alaska Airlines’ senior vice president of communications and external relations.

You can also count on daily flights from Los Angeles (LAX) via Alaska Airlines, and San Francisco (SFO) via United Airlines again this season. Daily flights from these cities kick offDecember 18, 2014.

To top it all off, Alaska’s flight from San Diego (SAN) also returns this season on January 8, 2015 with flights on Thursdays, Fridays, Sundays and Mondays.
