Mono Sheriffs Officers report a marijuana bust in Mammoth. Officers report that on Thursday, February 28th, the Mono County Narcotic Enforcement Team (MONET) finished a two-month investigation of sales of marijuana from a Mammoth Lakes residence.

According to a Sheriff’s press release, MONET agents, along with Mammoth Police and Mono Sheriff’s Officers served a search warrant at a residence located on Snowridge Lane.
Officers report that 23 year old Kenneth Timerman of Mammoth was arrested for possession of marijuana for sales and possession of more than one ounce of marijuana. He was booked into the Mono County Jail with a bail of $10,000.

MONET Agents report that they seized about one pound of marijuana packaged for sale, various scales and packaging materials, along with other items related to the sales of narcotics.

Officers say that if you would like to report any suspected drug activity in your neighborhood you can remain anonymous and contact Supervising Agent Paul Robles of the Mono County Narcotic Enforcement Team at 934-2011 ext. 67.
