Shortwave ridging today with dry weather in-store for us. Some cirrus will spread over the district today ahead of a a trof moving in Wednesday. Cooler air will filter into the area along with very windy conditions Wednesday. There will be a slight chance of showers in Mono County as well. By Thursday, those temps warm up just a bit then warmer weather on Friday and Saturday ahead of yet another low from the Pacific Sunday.

FOR THE OWENS VALLEY:

Today: Sunny. Highs around 75 F. Winds NE 10 – 15 mph.
Tonight: Partly cloudy Lows near 44 F. Winds NW 6 – 11 mph.
Wednesday: Mostly sunny and windy. Highs around 80 and lows near 43. Winds SW 20 – 30 mph G 45.

FOR THE TOWN OF MAMMOTH LAKES:

Today: Mostly sunny. Highs around 56 F. Winds SW 10 – 15 mph.
Tonight: Partly cloudy. Lows around 38 F. Winds W 10 – 20 mph.
Wednesday: Breezy with a slight chance of showers. Highs around 57 and lows close to 37. Winds SW 20 – 25 mph G 45.

FOR MONO COUNTY:

Today: Sunny. Highs 58 – 63 F. Winds SW 10 – 15 mph.
Tonight: Partly cloudy. Lows 33 – 43 F. Winds W 10 – 15 mph.
Wednesday: Quite windy with showers likely. Highs 60 – 70 and lows 29 – 39. Winds SW 20 – 30 mph G 55.
