Mono Narcotic agents have arrested ten Mexican National males allegedly involved in the sales of methamphetamine in Mammoth.

Mono Sheriff Officials report that a three month investigation into methamphetamine dealers led to the arrests. In a coordinated effort, MONET officers, along with the Mammoth Police and Bishop Police, served four search warrants on Saturday and Sunday in the Town of Mammoth. Officers report that ten males, all Mexican Nationals, were arrested.

The arrested were residents of Mammoth, but also Fresno and Washington State, officers said. Charges ranged from being under the influence of a controlled substance to possession of methamphetamine for sale.

Officers report the seizure of over a 1/4 pound of methamphetamine, 1/2 ounce of cocaine, along with over $1,500 in cash, and two vehicles. The narcotics had a potential street value of over $13,000, according to officers.
