Because of fairly normal precipitation conditions this winter, the MCWD Board revoked the Level 1 water restrictions that swere in place last summer.sprinklers.jpeg

Normal water management requirements, like outdoor irrigation only allowed between 5pm and 10am, have been enhanced. Current guidelines say that customers are allowed to water on ane very other day basis. Watering days are determined by address – if your home or business address is odd numbered, water on odd dates of each month. If even, go even.

If you need a variance, contact MCWD.

Officials said that the goal of this plan is to irrigate every other day to reduce the amount of water used by the community to protect resources for the future.
