More information on an accident at the intersection of Wye Rd. and Highway 6 on the evening of March 16th.

Andrea Lehman of Bishop was at the wheel of a white pick-up truck involved in the wreck. Lehman said she was traveling north on Highway 6 when the driver of a van drove through the stop sign at Wye Road and hit her. Her truck ended up on the west shoulder of Highway 6.

Lehman, who is the owner of Ella Luna clothing store in Bishop, said that the driver of the van was a minor with no license.

Bishop Police have investigated this incident with a report pending.
