FRIDAY 16- SEPT-2011, 7:10 AM PDT

Some debris clouds still present over our district, leaving a slight chance of isolated t-storms today. Meanwhile, a passing upper disturbance, through the PACNW, will keep temps below seasonal norms and bring us drier air, thus eliminating any t-storm chances on Saturday. High pressure then builds in on Sunday, elevating temps just a bit and keeping our area moisture free, through the mid part of next week.

FOR THE OWENS VALLEY:

Today: Mostly sunny with a few clouds in the evening. Highs in the mid 80s and lows in the lower 50s. Winds NW 10 – 15 mph.

FOR THE TOWN OF MAMMOTH LAKES:
