FRIDAY JUL 19 2019

WEATHER DISCUSSION:

Slight cool down today, by a few degrees, then those temps warm up over the weekend. Those breezes continue today and Saturday. Ridging over the Desert Southwest re-amplifies by Sunday and this also means increased moisture might move north, around the periphery of that ridge. All this supports increased chances of high based, mostly dry, thunderstorms starting as early Sunday in Mono County and Tuesday for Inyo County. The transition to heavier rain producing storms is possible, as next week progresses. Stay tuned to Mondays forecast…DMATT
