Mid November will finally bring us well, November – like weather. A couple of inside slider type systems crash through the PACNW (then on to Utah and Colorado) today, and Saturday. Both systems do not bring much moisture, but will give us cooler air and windy conditions. The Saturday system will only serve to re-enforce the cool air and bring a slight chance of showers in the Truckee area north.

OWENS VALLEY:

Today: Sunny. Highs 60 / Lows 30 – 40. Winds N 10 – 15 mph.

Saturday / Sunday: Mostly sunny. Highs 60 – 65 / Lows 30 – 40. Winds SE 10 mph.

MAMMOTH LAKES:

Today: Partly cloudy. Highs 42 / Lows 27 . Winds SW 5 – 10 mph G 25.

Saturday / Sunday: Mostly sunny. Highs 47 / Lows 29. Winds SW 5 – 10 mph.

MONO COUNTY:

Today: Partly cloudy slight chance of showers north. Highs 42 – 47 / Lows 19 – 29. Winds N 10 – 15 mph.

Saturday / Sunday: Mostly sunny. Highs 48 – 58 / Lows 16 – 26. Winds SW 10 mph.

RENO:

Today: Sunny becoming mostly cloudy. Highs 48 / Lows 31. Winds W 15 – 20 mph.

Saturday / Sunday: Mostly sunny. Highs 56 / Lows 31. Winds NW 5 – 15 mph.
