MONDAY Dec 23 2013

Upper ridge of high pressure remains off the California Coast this morning. Yesterday we had a mild day temperature wise through out most of the district. That trend will continue for the next several days, except where there are valley inversions up in Mono County. That upper ridge will amplify through Christmas Day, keeping the storm track to our north. So dry weather through Friday.

Today: Sunny. Highs 60 – 63 / Lows 30 – 40. Winds NW 5 mph.

Tuesday: Mostly sunny. Highs 59 – 62 / Lows 29 – 39. Winds NW 5 mph.

Town of Mammoth Lakes (7,800 – 8,200 feet):

Today: Becoming partly cloudy. Highs 49 / Lows 25. Winds W 5 mph.

Tuesday: Mostly sunny. Highs 49 / Lows 25 Winds SW 5 mph.

Mono County:

Today: Partly cloudy with some freezing fog. Highs 46 – 56 / Lows 13 – 23. Winds W 10 mph.

Tuesday: Partly cloudy with patchy freezing fog. Highs 47 – 57 / Lows 10 – 20. Winds N 5 mph
