Large scale ridge re-builds along the West Coast today bringing a reduction in winds and warming temperatures thru Friday. Those temps should return to normal today and raise to 3 – 6 degrees above normal by Friday. Now for the weekend, that ridge will remain overhead, with some periods of clouds, dry weather and light winds. Temps should continue to run above normal. Then the ridge begins to shift east Tuesday as a trough approaches the West Coast. That trough right now looks like it will bring a round of unsettled weather to our district Tuesday night into Wednesday. Stay tuned for updates on this system.
