Eastern Sierra Certified Farmers’ Market is celebrating its 20th year!

ESCFM will continue to celebrate its 20th anniversary with a Farmers’ Market Festival on August 16. In addition to fresh fruits and veggies, this market will offer baked goods, live music, and art demonstrations. The community is invited to “come for the food and stay for the fun!.

There are two Eastern Sierra Certified Farmers’ Market locations – Bishop Farmers’ Market is open Saturday mornings from June through October – 9 to 11 a.m. and is located westerly of Hwy 395 on Church Street, directly behind City Hall and Skip’s Outdoor Market in Mammoth Lakes, which honors the late Skip Harvey, one time mayor of Mammoth Lakes, is open Wednesday evenings from July through August – 4-7 p.m. and is located on Hwy 203 at the Mammoth Luxury Outlet Mall.

There are many return farmers and vendors to both Markets as well as some new additions. Seasonal items are offered weekly. There is always something new at the Market!

New elements for the Bishop Farmers’ Market include music, pastries, treatment options for what ails you, weekly customer survey, and a drawing for a basket of produce and other goodies donated by the farmers and other vendors in appreciation of the communities support.

ESCFM is always looking for new farmers/gardeners, complimentary vendors, artists, and entertainment to join adjacent to the weekly Markets and for suggestions from the community.
