joggersMAMMOTH MOVES

Please join the Mono County Nutrition & Physical Activity Taskforce and local leaders in the community on our campaign to get moving! It is easy to get bogged down in the workplace, or settle into your favorite chair at home, so let’s carve out some time to get together and exercise. We will meet at 12:10 each Wednesday (weather permitting) to take a stroll, snowshoe, or engage in some form of exercise for 30 minutes. Put on some warm, comfortable clothes and shoes appropriate for the weather and join us for motivation and fun!
