Law Enforcement Appreciation Day 10a-2p Bishop City Park

The Bishop Police Department in conjunction with other local law enforcement agencies is sponsoring a Law Enforcement Appreciation Day.

There will be booths including on-site Children ID Kits (sponsored by the Masons), Senior Safety information kits, Bike Registration, Volunteer Recruiting, Dunking Booth (who knows which officers will appear in there) and food.

The Bishop Police department will have equipment displays including their Armored Vehicle.

It’s a day for the entire family, Law Enforcement Appreciation Day, Saturday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., at  at Bishop City Park.

The Bishop Police K9 fund is sponsoring a Rubber Ducky Derby, Saturday Oct 8th at 130 PM. Tickets are available NOW at the Bishop Police Department. Tickets are 1 for $5 and 3 for $10. Your donation goes to our K9 program to purchase equipment and provide training for Officer Gillespie and his K9 Xray. This will be a 50/50 cash prize, with three places cashing.

 

 The launch will take place at the City Park Creek at 1:30 PM Saturday October.
