Mammoth Hospital Receives 2018 Press Ganey Guardian of Excellence Award for
Achieving and Sustaining Excellence in Patient Experience

Mammoth Hospital is pleased to announce it has been named a 2018 Guardian of Excellence Award winner by Press Ganey. The Guardian of Excellence Award recognizes top-performing health care organizations that have achieved the 95th percentile or above for performance in Patient Experience – the third year in a row Mammoth Hospital’s Emergency Department has received this award.

The Press Ganey Guardian of Excellence Award is a nationally-recognized symbol of achievement in health care. Presented annually, the award honors clients who consistently sustained performance in the top 5% of all Press Ganey clients for each reporting period during the course of one year.

“I am beyond proud of all of my staff for their hard work toward earning this award and for always going above and beyond for our patients,” says Lori Baitx, Emergency Department Manager. “This is a reflection of not only our department, but the many ancillary departments that contribute to our success.”
