He has actively presented at various state, regional, national, as well as international academic conventions and conferences. Tushar has actively served in trade associations as well as educational organizations coordinating trade shows, workshops, and seminars. He is also a published author of a student workbook for a major textbook publisher and has compiled various teaching supplements (including DVDs) as pedagogical resources for our teachers.

Mr. Oza currently owns two small businesses in Big Pine.  He has initiated two non-profit organizations, G.I.F.T. (Great Ideas For Teaching) and T.I.E.S (Teachers’ Idea Exchange and Support), for educators in our community.

Tushar, as a candidate during this COVID-19 pandemic, would like to focus on E-Learning outcomes and equitable access to technology necessary for effective online pedagogy. Additionally, we need to pay attention to cyber bullying as our students engage in more online interactions.

Tushar is a recipient of Excellence in Teaching Award and looks forward to serving our Big Pine Unified School District. If you have any questions, need more information, or have suggestions, kindly call 909.552.4872 or [email protected].
