MAMMOTH LAKES ROTARY CLUB ANNOUNCES THAT YVE EVANS WILL PERFORM AT WINTERFEST ON FEBRUARY 9

MAMMOTH LAKES, CA – World-renowned artist and entertainer Yve Evans will perform at Rotary Winterfest on February 9 at 6:30 at Canyon Lodge.  Yve has been a regular at the Mammoth Lakes Jazz Jubilee and will showcase her talents in honor of Mammoth Lakes Rotary Club “Service Above Self” honorees Ken and Flossie Coulter.  Yve has performed all around the world, including Japan, Canada, Spain and Italy, among many other countries.  There is an intangible quality in her music that gives it a life of its own; life that reaches out and touches the souls of the people that hear it.  Yve Evans’ artistry is a perfect accompaniment the evening’s honorees.

At Winterfest outstanding Mammoth Lakes citizens Ken and Flossie Coulter will be named the first Mammoth Lakes Rotary Club “Service Above Self” honorees.  “The ‘Service Above Self’ award is presented to an individual or couple who model the motto through their actions in providing outstanding service to our community.  This award is given to those who have demonstrated self-sacrifice, compassion for their fellow man, and significant hands-on involvement in one or more endeavors to improve the quality of life of individuals and the community.”

Many in the community know Ken and Flossie, but few know the depth of their many years of involvement in the community.  As
