Press release

Join the Eastern Sierra Music Festival for its second annual Spring Barbecue fundraiser, Saturday, April 29, 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Yribarren Ranch, seven miles south of Bishop on U.S. 395.

The event showcases live music from regional and local talent set to appear at this summer’s Eastern Sierra Music Festival. Those performing at the barbecue include Rebel Heart, What Iff, The Harry Andreas Band, 2nd Hand Smoke, and Localmotive.

The barbecue’s menu includes a choice of tri-tip or barbecued turkey with all the fixings. Ranch bean master Duane Rossi will contribute his specialty, and a variety of salads plus homemade cobbler rounds out the meal.

In addition to the music, ESMF will host a variety of fundraising drawings for amazing prizes donated by local businesses. Hay rides will be available for families, courtesy Lee and Jennifer Roeser of Roeser Livestock.

Tickets are $30 for adults, $12.50 for kids under 12, and are available at Cobwebs, Bishop Chamber of Commerce and at the festival’s website, ESMusicFest.org.

This summer’s Eastern Sierra Music Festival features Blues Traveler, Lonestar, Steve Moakler and Smithfield. Tickets for the festival are on sale now and available at the festival’s website, ESMusicFest.org.
